Most all of our custom service calls are usually completed in less than a half hour.  That is why the first half hour of any custom visit is only $45.  It if goes longer, pay only $75/hour.  Compare that to Geek Squad's $160/hour.  These rates do not apply for any of our flat-rate plans.
