Move to a Business Email Address
It is generally unprofessional if your primary business email address uses Yahoo, AOL, MSN, Gmail, Hotmail or any other variation of a free public email service. Geek 3 can help you get an email address featuring your business name, such as john@yourcompany.com, jdoe@yourcompany.com or johnd@yourcompany.com.We can also move emails from your current email address over to your business email address.
Google Apps
If you already have a web site and have less than 50 email accounts, you can take advantage of Google Apps (free). This is often confused with G-mail. It uses the same structure and look of G-mail, but is instead designed to work with with your website for email management so you can send and receive emails using your own business email account.

Microsoft Exchange
