Geek 3 is locally owned and operated by a family of Microsoft Certified Computer Technicians.  We've been serving Gainesville and the surrounding area since 1997, with a specific focus on helping our growing residential and small business clients. We are proud members of our local Gainesville Chamber of Commerce as well as the Dell Partner Program and Better Business Bureau.  All technicians are A+ Certified by CompTia and Microsoft Certified through the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Program.

History

Our original team started with an emphasis on the small business cirquit and grew to the corporate level.  Best Buy and Circuit City later sub-contracted our team in the Marion County area (Ocala) for in-home extended warranty repair.  We later wanted to bring focus back to our home market of Gainesville and successfully did so with a healthy balance of residential, small business and corporate service as word of mouth spread of our team.

Geek 3 was launched in 2009 to help harness our unified range of services and to help bring our rates to a competitive level.  The rest is what our clients already know about us: fast, affordable, and on-site.  This is the motto we like to stand by.  We owe our success to our clients in Gainesville and Marion counties and we will never take that for granted.

My computer was frozen with disease (virus & trojan) and I was nervous about dropping it off somewhere (heard local horror stories). Called Geek 3 and they scheduled to come to my house the same day. Tech arrived on time and got busy fixing my computer at my dining room table. There were no hidden costs - it was their flat rate estimate! Overall great experience and will be recommending them to friends/coworkers.?
